EXPERIENCE COVID-19 SAFETY AND WELL-BEING CHARTER

YOUR EXPERIENCE

If you’re experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have had contact with any possible source of the virus, or living with someone who is currently shielding or self isolating, please stay at home and e-mail the centre to re-arrange your booking.



FLEXIBLE BOOKING TERMS

Following the government’s announcement of possible ongoing regional and national restriction measures, we will remain flexible in our approach to allow you to carry on enjoying your experiences safely. Please find details below -



Flexible Booking - If you are unable to enjoy your booked experience due to COVID-19 restrictions or concerns, we’ll extend it for you for free.



Should you have a requirement to move your booking or any further questions a member of the experience team will be available via phone or e-mail at each centre to help.



SOCIAL DISTANCING

Everyone on site must adhere to social distancing guidelines and remain at least 2 metres apart where possible. We have put some signs up to help remind and guide you.



VENUE SANITISATION

All areas of the building routinely undergo enhanced cleaning and sanitation. A comprehensive cleaning schedule and log has been developed to ensure consistent and timely sanitation.



WHAT TO EXPECT ON ARRIVAL



LATERAL FLOW TEST

All guests will be required to have a Lateral Flow Test on arrival. Guests with a positive Covid - 19 result will be asked to reschedule their experience to ensure our other guests and staff are kept safe.



HAND-SANITISING STATIONS

All guests will be required to use the ‘Hand-sanitising Stations’ on their arrival and departure.



PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

As per the government guidelines we request all customers to bring and wear their own personal face covering inside the Jaguar Land Rover venues and vehicles at all times. Please note certain areas will not allow access without face coverings. Staff will also be wearing personal protective equipment at all times.



A personal bottle of hand santiser will be made available for customer use during their experience.



TABLE SERVICE REFRESHMENTS

Your host will provide you with refreshments to your designated seating area. This area will also be regularly cleansed and sanitiser with be provided.

FACTORY TOURS

Following HM Government’s announcement on Tuesday 22nd September 2020, Jaguar Land Rover Experience has made the difficult decision to postpone the re-start of Factory Tours until Summer 2021. For exisiting bookings or vouchers, please contact a member of the team.
