Currently we deliver to the EU member states only. For orders outside of the UK please contact us directly by email or phone.

UK Delivery

We can deliver to any address in the UK (including Northern Ireland). Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands or Eire.

Tracked Standard Delivery
Delivery within 3-4 working days on orders placed by 4pm Monday-Friday.

Available for mainland UK. Orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands may take an additional 2 working days.

Delivery to the following postcodes may take a further two days in addition to our standard delivery timescales:
BT194, FK20, G83, HS19, IV128, IV36, IV4056, IV63, KA2728, KW117, PA2035, PA3738, PA4149, PA6078, PA80, PH1921, PH3039, PH4044, PH4950, TR2125, ZE13.

Delivery to overseas, BFPO addresses, Guernsey & Jersey and PO Boxes are not available.

Delivery between 8.00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Tracked Next Day Delivery
Delivery next working day (Mon-Fri only) on orders placed by 4pm Monday-Friday.

Available for mainland UK. The service is not available for Highlands and Islands.

EU Deliveries

We at Jaguar Land Rover offer one method of delivery in the EU which you will be able to track.

Standard European: £12.50

Tracked European Delivery
Delivery up to 72 hours (Mon-Fri only) on orders placed by 4pm Monday-Friday.

Available for EU member states only.

Delivery between 8.00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Friday. We are unable to deliver at specific times of the day.

Orders will not be dispatched on British Public Bank Holidays.

Where possible a signature is obtained.

Parcel tracking available. Our courier will advise of a delivery time slot via email or SMS.

General Delivery Terms



Security Checks
In order to protect you from fraudulent card use on our website, all orders are subject to security screening. Any irregularities found may mean your order is not processed.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as poor weather conditions or labour disputes at the delivery service providers that we use. In the unusual event that we are unable to deliver your order within thirty days of the date of your order, we will let you know this. At that point you will have the option to cancel your order or to agree to continue with it, and we will then dispatch the item if and when it becomes available.

If you have not received the goods by their expected date for arrival then please let us know as soon as possible.

If you have ordered multiple items, we may deliver the goods in several instalments but will not make extra delivery charges for this.

Delivery will be complete once we have delivered the goods in question to the address you gave us (or any alternative address that you have agreed that we may leave the goods at). If no-one is available at the address to take delivery we will leave you a note to this effect, in which case you should contact us to rearrange delivery. If you fail to contact us to rearrange delivery with the period specified by us or fail to take delivery on the rearranged date then the products may be returned to our warehouses. If that happens then we reserve the right to charge you for the additional costs that we may incur as a result and to cancel your order.

The goods become your responsibility once delivery has been completed.

Taxes & Duties
Deliveries within the EU will incur no import or export duties. Some international deliveries may be subject to customs, legal and regulatory restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees, levies, or import duty on Jaguar Land Rover purchases.

You are responsible for checking import thresholds or duties for your delivery address before placing an order. It is also your responsibility to ensure any products you order comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country or region.

We will endeavour to assist you if customs related restrictions or delays arise when you order from us, but we are unable to provide local support.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which you ask us to deliver goods. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such laws or regulations.

Manufacture and Warranties
For some products, Manufacturer warranties and Manufacturer service options may not be valid in international territories.

Product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be printed in local languages.
